Amy Neal first qualified as a massage therapist in Texas in 2001. After a number of years in bodywork, she became an international school teacher and spent almost two decades living overseas, in Germany, South Korea, Thailand, Bangladesh, England, Ethiopia, and India. Having given and/or received bodywork all over the world, Amy returned to the profession, specifically to practice the John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach. It is the most powerfully effective, longest-lasting form of body therapy she has ever experienced. She currently has over 90 hours of Barnes' training, with more on the calendar. You can learn more at: www.myofascialrelease.com In addition to being a MFR therapist and teacher, Amy is an author. You can read about her life overseas in her memoir Sweet Astrid. Find it on Amazon or buy it at JoyStone MFR.
