I've been practicing massage therapy for more than 25 years. I currently practice massage in my private practice Total Body Mechanics, in Browns Summit, NC. When I look at my journey as a massage therapist, I've had a desire to help people with their health and wellness at a very young age. It was during this time while practicing massage that I noticed that when I gave a family member a massage after work, he did not have muscle soreness and was more relaxed, I knew immediatley that massage therapy was the profession for me. I received my massage license from Kneaded Energy School of Massage in Greensboro, NC. Modalities offered are Swedish massage, therapeutic massage, hot and cold stones, reflexology, prenatal and couples massage.
