Stephanie is a North Carolina licensed massage and bodywork therapist who gratuated from the Center for Massage and Natural Health in 2004. With over two decades of experience, she offers an integrative approach to bodywork, drawing on advanced techniques in clinical deep tissue, Swedish, acupressure, myofascial release, and Thai yoga massage. Stephanie focuses on individualized care and respects that everyone has different challenges and preferences. She is passionate about helping clients achieve balance, relieve tension, and enjoys supporting overall well-being.

Stephanie is a Reiki Master teacher. She grows flowers and herbs, makes art, and volunteers her time as an end of life doula. She's worked in luxury spas and retreats, residential treatment centers, and has been in private practice for the last 9 years. She is available at the Orange Street office on Sundays and Mondays. She works privately with the membership at the Country Club of Asheville Tuesday through Thursday.
