I offer massage therapy using deep tissue, trigger point, and myofascial release techniques. 
I offer massage techniques for all bodies, and specialize in prenatal and postpartum massage.

Please be aware--

I am a birth doula as well and will rarely need to reschedule and possibly end a session in the middle because of an emergency need to get to a client giving birth.  If it happens that I must reschedule before your appointment time and you are not en route or in session, I will offer a $20.00 discount for your inconvenience.  If I must stop a session midway or unable to contact you before you are en route, your next session is free of charge. I appreciate your understanding if this occurs.  

Birth Doula services

Birth doulas offer emotional, physical and information support to families as they begin their journey in childbirth and beyond. 
I draw on my skillset as a massage therapist, Birthing From Within trained mentor, and years of experience with birthing families as well as my own journey giving birth to my son.
It is important to me that families feel nurtured and supported in whatever decisions they make in the birthing process and however the birth unfolds. 
my birth package includes:

* On-call availability from 37 weeks gestation until baby is born
* Access to me via text/phone once contract is signed
* 1-3 prenatal visits (these may include childbirth mentorship, birth preference review, birth art sessions, and other possibilities depending on your individual needs)
* 1 prenatal or postpartum massage
* 1 postpartum visit that includes a herbal foot bath (image below) and blessing.

Postpartum Doula
I offer day time postpartum care. This may include meal preparation, light housekeeping, breastfeeding support, baby care so parents can rest, Ayurvedic postpartum modalities, massage etc. 
Cost- $45.00 per hour with 4 hour minimum for basic care. For massage and Ayurvedic care please inquire for pricing.
