Typically my clients are seeking relief from pain , injury, stress/anxiety, headaches, insomnia, postural disorders, TMJ, etc. But, many are simply dedicated to maintaining optimal health, preventing injury and feeling great. I customize massage based on clinical assessment and client intake , using a variety of techniques from multiple modalities. Including, Acupressure, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myo-fascial Release, Reiki, Reflexology,, Sports, Swedish , Trigger Point Therapy , and more. I have been licensed since 2009 and have worked in all different settings including , chiropractic clinics , massage franchises, sporting events and spas. I started my part time practice in 2019 and am currently working in Asheville office 3 days a week Tuesday , Thursday , and Saturday. In 2024 I expanded to a second location in Lake Junaluska and am there 3/4 days a week; Monday , Wednesday, Friday , and some Sundays .
