Hello, I'm Sydney! I have been licensed for nearly seven years in massage therapy. I understand what it is like to live in a body compensating for scar tissue and muscle imbalances, which has informed the coursework and direction I have pursued as a massage therapist. I love helping others return to living life without pain or restriction. It's a privilege to work with people in this role. Outside of massage therapy, you can find me tending to my garden, hiking or kayaking outside, cooking (I stay gluten-free!), and exploring adorable small towns around Central North Carolina.
