Please understand that I strive to make sure all clients and staff within the business are safe, and must follow guidelines set forth by North Carolina State as well as the North Carolina Board of Massage Therapy and Bodywork. This also means I must be compliant with my liability insurance.

Massage is also helpful for anxiety, digestive disorders, fibromyalgia, headaches, insomnia related to stress, myofascial pain syndrome, soft tissue strains or injuries from activities of daily living and sports injuries!

Goals for Massage Therapy can range from relaxation and stress relief to increased range of motion, circulation and muscular function. It all depends on your individual needs. 

Consulting with your therapist about pain level and amount of pressure being applied during the massage can ensure getting the best benefit from your session.

*Massage may not be appropriate for you or have chances of risk if you have bleeding disorders, burns, healing wounds, or other medical conditions. Be sure to consult your therapist with any concerns you may have.

* Prepayment is now required for every appointment booked after 04/06/2022. I cannot hold credit card information for deposits. Cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance, failure to notify 24 hours of any cancellation can result in the prepayment being applied to the business and not rolled over to the next appointment. This also applies to credits on the series and gift certificates: if a client fails to reschedule 24 hours or more before their appointment, a credit will be deducted from the series and gift certificates will be marked as redeemed. No Call, No Shows result in a permanent ban, unless it is an emergency situation (discretion for the owner and operator of Vital Balance Massage). Emergency situations will be considered.
