I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Synergetic Structural Integrator.

My mission is pretty simple: To help people dealing with chronic pain and movement issues.

I have been a massage therapist since 2016 and, after training for a marathon and dealing with nagging injuries, felt a strong pull to serve everyday athletes and those looking for solutions to their pain.

With the addition of the tools of Synergetic Structural Integration, I am dedicated to helping people maintain their everyday activities, reduce pain, and recover from injury by putting their bodies into a more natural alignment.
