Hi, my name is Anna Ellsworth! I would love to help you relax and get rid of your pain! I have been a licensed massage therapist since January 2019. My passion for deep therapeutic bodywork continues to grow as I learn more about the human anatomy, nervous system, and emotions. Paving avenues of deep interpersonal healing through touch, breath, and movement and providing a space to do this has always been a dream of mine.
At Lighthouse Touch, my mission is to provide exceptional therapeutic services that go beyond temporary relief, offering a path to lasting pain management and improved quality of life. I believe that massage therapy is not merely a luxury, but an essential component of self care and wellness. I strive to be a beacon of hope and healing through the trans-formative power of educated touch. Whether seeking relief from muscle tension, chronic pain, or simply a moment of inner peace, I am committed to delivering specialized massage treatments and supporting individuals on their wellness journey.
I’ve trained in many styles of massage and am truly fascinated by the intricate world of fascia. My style is a mix of modalities used to achieve the ultimate muscle relaxation and release. The primary techniques include Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Cupping, Gua Sha, Prenatal, Muscle Energy Technique, Reiki, Pranic Healing, and Transformational Breathwork.
I have experience with all kinds of people; including people with disabilities, the elderly, adolescents with a legal guardian present, professional athletes, new breastfeeding mothers - feel free to bring your baby with you! Massage Therapy can be safe and accessible for everyone. It also works great in conjunction with consistent good self-care (hygiene, nutrition, movement), chiropractic care, physical therapy, acupuncture, strength-training, and yoga.
I am committed to being a lifetime student of the human body and soft tissue manipulation.
If I’m not at the office giving a massage, I’m at the park with my goofy golden retriever Parsnip. I love to hike, travel, write songs, and sing. Cultivating inner peace is my number one priority.
lt is my policy to reinforce with all new clients that massage therapy is not in any way a sexually oriented business. It is unfortunate that the term "massage" has been used as a cover for prostitution. Sexually oriented businesses using that term are illegal and usually involved in human trafficking. Because of this illegal activity confusing the public, it is necessary for me to make it clear that any sexualizing of the massage session, all forms of harassment, and any type of solicitation will result in the immediate end of the session. The client is expected to leave the massage area and will not be rebooked. The incident will be recorded and reported to local law enforcement. This is why a client will not be scheduled for massage sessions unless they provide an accurate name, address, and phone number. Clients seeking therapeutic massage appreciate this strict zero-tolerance policy knowing that it assures them of a safe professional health care environment.
Let’s get you scheduled! Please reach out with any questions or simply book now using the “Book now” button in the top right hand corner. Massage can be life changing!
