I graduated from the Professional Massage Training Center in 2010. In 2016, I furthered my education and obtained my Esthetician license from the Missouri College of Esthetics. My most recent training has been the Alexandria Professional method of sugar hair removal, which I completed in 2021. 

Before starting my path as a licensed massage therapist and esthetician, I suffered from anxiety, depression, headaches, and chronic upper body pain. I have also had my share of hip and foot pain as a result of carrying my babies. I have found massage therapy has been a natural way for me to help cope with stress and tension from day-to-day life. My goal is to provide that same relief to my clients. 

I provide an accepting and calming space for those seeking to unwind. My massage is well known for being therapeutic and relaxing in nature. I also carry those qualities over into my esthetic services. My expertise in the sugaring method of hair removal allows the use of more natural ingredients and provide much less waste than traditional waxing. 

I am extensively trained in hot and cold stone therapy, cupping therapy, and various body treatments. When I'm not working, my husband and I are usually chasing after our 4 energetic boys. We also have 2 rescue dogs and a family turtle. We often spend time together outdoors, taking road trips, digging for crystals, and gardening.
