I make herbal products and I also do bodywork, my style includes Amma acupressure TCM Asian bodywork, Swedish and Cranialscracal. I use a combination of these modalities to help bring the body back into balance. I believe many of us are trying to avoid discomfort instead of listening to it as a warning that we need more rest, self care & balance. Every person responds uniquely, part of my role is to help you discover what tips and tools you can implement to bring more easy in the body.
