The freedom session is a body based experience designed to support your nervous system into shifting out of survival into regulation.
Through gentle intentional touch and somatic awareness we work with the body as a whole system supporting breath, release of protective tension, and deeper internal safety.
This allows your system to soften patterns of stress, overwhelm, and disconnection so you can feel more grounded, present, and at home with yourself.
Freedom starts in your body and your body already knows how to return there.
