I graduated from the Arizona School of Massage Therapy in August 2006. Since then, I have worked in Arizona, Minnesota, and now the Kansas City area. I have had great opportunities to work in different therapeutic settings, all of which have helped me grow and gain experience as a massage therapist. In Scottsdale, Arizona I worked alongside a very knowledgeable chiropractor, and heard his wisdom day-after-day for two years. All that “free” education played a large role in the therapist I am today. While in Minnesota, I worked with another chiropractic office, but more significantly, I was part of an impressive team at a physical therapy clinic. It was here that I was able to see the importance of integrating therapies, and that is what led me down the path of my current career as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
I love what I do, and it makes it worthwhile when I can help facilitate healing and relief for my clients. Much of my current clientele consists of marathon runners and triathletes. I would be hard pressed to find individuals who abuse their bodies more than these amazingly dedicated people. It is my pleasure and honor to be a part of their maintenance routine that allows them to keep their bodies in peak condition in order to cross the next finish line. The pain we get used to living with doesn't have to be "the norm" and I am here to shed light on life without it!
