I know it seems like I fix things.  

What I really do, though, is show your body how to heal itself.  To me, the goal of successful massage is to help your body remember what healing looks like, feels like, and how awesome it is to not be in pain or have muscular dysfunction.  I help your body by releasing trapped muscles, scar tissue, trigger points, stubborn movement patterns, and "old stuff" that's stuck in your tissues.  Our bodies are amazing healing machines.  Sometimes, though, they need a little guidance.

Think of me as your "muscle teacher".  I don't fix it for you.  I just show your body how to fix itself.
