Welcome! I am Haley. 

 A St. Louis-based licensed massage therapist and leisure enthusiast. 

I am excited to collaborate with you to design an experience that meets your needs, fills your cup, and gives you a prolonged sense of ease. I approach each session with curiosity, radical acceptance and a desire to connect.  

I specialize in Swedish, Thai, and deep-tissue massage. I blend these techniques with compression, stretching, myofascial release, aromatherapy, and breath work as needed in each session.

My policies are below:

Reservations | All sessions are by appointment only. Call or text 636.226.7182 to schedule.

Intake Form | All new clients must fill out an intake form prior to receiving treatment. This form will be reviewed and discussed in an intake interview prior to the first appointment. An update to the intake form will be required after 2 years or if there are any significant changes in health history. This process is completely paperless. 

Cancellation | 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations can be made by phone call or text 636.226.7182. A full service fee will be charged if a 24 hour notice is not given. 

Check - In | Plan to arrive to the space at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment, the amount of time you book is the amount of time you spend on the table

Running late | Please call or text 636.226.7182  with an ETA if you are running late. It may not always be possible to extend your session if it starts late. 

Inappropriate behavior | I provide professional massage that is therapeutic and non-sexual in nature. Any remarks, insinuations, jokes, gestures, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of service in the future. In addition, the full service fee will be charged regardless of the length of the session. 

Payment | Payments in the form of credit, debit or Venmo are accepted. Gratuity is not accepted. The price listed for each service is the price that will be charged. 

Accessibility | The building is wheelchair accessible. My treatment room is on the third floor with access via stairs or an elevator. The massage table has a weight limit of 600 lbs. I have various props to support many body types and experiences. 

Privacy | Massage is typically done unclothed but I encourage you to do what is comfortable for you. The body part which is being worked on will be undraped while the rest of the body is covered. There are different types of draping that we can use to keep you comfortable. This can be discussed during the intake interview.
