My name is Nikki, I am a 21-year, experienced Massage Therapist. I have been working alongside Shakopee Family Chiropractic for going on 12 years.
RESERVATION POLICIES:
I understand that unanticipated events happen in life occasionally, so I take each situation as it comes.
Tranquility Massage strives to provide exceptional care to all of my clients, and to prevent the spread of communicable diseases, this means when you are sick, please stay home.
Respecting your time, health, ethics, and safety are #1.
In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, please honor the following policies and requests.
**********Tranquility Massage By Nikki does not process electronic payment refunds, all refunds will be in the form of credit to your Massage account**********
All purchases with cash and electronic forms of payment are non-refundable and only redeemable towards products or services with Nikki only.
All services are by appointment only, you are not required to pay for your service beforehand, but you certainly can. Most major Credit and debit cards, and cash are accepted as payment. HSA cards with visas or MasterCard symbols are also accepted.
Prepayment is not a requirement except for new clients.
Gratuity is never EXPECTED. But always appreciated.

Tranquility Massage By Nikki reserves the right to cancel sessions, due to illness, emergencies, and/or severe weather conditions.
I will NOT tolerate ANY inappropriate messages or actions, so please be respectful, any disrespectful actions will cause the session to be discontinued and full payment will be due.
* Please fill out all of the intake paperwork when emailed to you so we don't waste time at the time of your service
* If you are making an appointment for someone else......PLEASE put the appointment in THEIR name. if someone shows up to the appointment and their name is not on the appointment, I reserve the right to reschedule the appointment........NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
I have a STRICT cancellation policy
Cancellations MUST be done 24 hours in advance, or you will be charged the 45.00 cancellation fee, if this is not made at the time of cancelation, it will be charged to your next appointment.
