After experiencing debilitating headaches, it was recommended by my chiropractor

(and employer at the time) to get a massage. Little did I know, that massage would

change my life and guide me to my purpose. It was then I started my own healing

journey. During that massage I experienced a profound emotional and physical

release - I felt like I was floating, light and free. Over the years I have continued

my own healing journey through reiki, energy work and other modalities. As I

think back on the impact it's had not only on me, but on the mom I am. We all

experience physical, emotional and spiritual trauma in some form or another

throughout our lives - we have a choice on how we react and, more importantly,

how we process that trauma.

In 1995 (following the life changing massage), I enrolled in massage therapy school graduating in 1.5 yrs. I continued my pursuit of learning additional complimentary modalities including neuromuscular therapy, craniosacral therapy and reiki. Massage and energy work are a part of who I am and my purpose in life - my true calling. I believe that when we find what we are meant to do in life, it isn't work, it's a blessing. That is what my journey over the last 25 years has taught me. I have supported my patients on their emotional, spiritual and physical healing journey with pure, intentional divine energy and guidance.
