I have been working as a Massage Therapist since 2004 and am trained in several different modalities. Most of the work I do is intended to make change within the body and to allow physical movement to be as pain-free as possible. 

I see clients at two different locations, west of Minneapolis. Starting the second week of October 2024, I will be seeing clients at the Firefly Acupuncture office in Maple Grove.
