I started in the fitness industry in 2004, working in metropolitan Detroit; after earning my CPT from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Around this time, I had developed injuries as an amateur fighter. It was several sessions with a massage therapist, that provided me relief from chronic shoulder pain. It also led me to get trained as a massage therapist. In 2008, I graduated from Med Tech College in Indianapolis, Indiana. Right away, I began working as a Chiropractic Assistant. That’s where I developed a passion for helping people in pain. That was also my introduction to Neuroscience, through Z-Health Performance Solutions. Their brain-based approach to training and corrective exercise was life-changing. Over the years I have helped many clients, and patients overcome injuries, get back to work, or out on the courts. I specialize in orthopedic massage and post-rehabilitation conditioning for: recurring ankle sprains, Achilles tendinopathy, patello-femoral syndrome, patellar tendinosis, rotator cuff strain. I’ve worked with basketball players from high school, college and professional level to get back on the court; while improving performance.
