I have found my passion in life by discovering massage, and realizing I have an intuitive knack for finding the areas of your body that need help maintaining proper functionality.  I  am amazed at how the body works, both in conjunction and sometimes, against itself. Everything is connected somehow, and I have made it my personal mission to unlock the most efficient methods to help your body relax those overly tightened connections, providing more movement and relief in general. With my passion, knowledge, and understanding of the body fueling me to help even more, I have become trauma informed to show people that may not have previously experienced it, that touch can indeed be beneficial and safe.
