We love working as a facilitator on the healing journeys of our clients and working alongside them to ease their suffering. We believe strongly in the body's ability to heal when presented with the right conditions. We will tailor your massage and body work experience to your needs, finding just the right pressure and techniques to bring ease and soothe your muscle while working to release the adhesions within the fascial connective tissue. We integrate the following modalities within our intuitive massage and body work sessions: Swedish/Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Stretching, Muscle Energy Techniques, Manual Lymph Drain, Prenatal & Infant Massage, Aromatherapy, and Reflexology, 

The intent of Energy Work is very similar to that of massage and body work. We want to work with your system to remove blockages or impingements to the flow of energy in and around your body, restoring the natural flow and balance of your field, and allowing the body to focus energy where it is needed most to assist with your natural healing processes. We include the following modalities within our energy work sessions: Reiki, Quantum Touch, Meridian Balancing, Aura Cleansing, Chakra Balancing, Light Healing Touch, Mind Balancing, Craniosacral Therapy, and Aromatherapy,
