I have an intuitive approach, and specialize in Acupressure, MyoFascial Release, Neuromuscular Cupping, Craniosacral Therapy, Fascia Stretching, Deep Tissue, and Pain Management.

You should receive from me if:

~ You've been to multiple practitioners for your pain, but can't quite solve the mystery.

~You want solutions to your pain and immobility.

~You understand it took years for your body to get where it is, and it will take time and determination to create shifts.

~ You want a massage therapist who will give you practical and easy to implement ideas of how to feel better post-session, and offer ideas of other practitioners in other fields to assist your healing journey further.

Healing the body comes from a place of gentleness. I listen to your body; your muscles and tissues have memory and emotions of their own. I find those areas of pain, and give them the time and patience they need to release. You'll feel better range of motion, less pain, and an overall sense of well-being.

To me, feeling safe is what allows a body the space to heal. Sessions with me will never consist of torque or digging into the muscle. While this can have a place in some healing journeys, my technique is to go gently and allow the body to guide me.

In a session with me, I listen to your needs, and will sometimes let you know what I'm feeling from your body. This is an opportunity for a healing relationship with your therapist - this isn't luxury, nor is it all about relaxing.

Rescheduling and Cancellations require 48 hours notice. If you must cancel or reschedule, please give me as much notice as you can. At minimum, I require 48 hours. A 50% cancellation fee is implemented for cancellations within 48 hours. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 75% of the missed service. Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will be charged 100% of the missed service.
