Kim Nixon Hainstock has been massaging since 2004 and believes massage supports both our good days and our challenged days. Kim specializes in helping those who are aging, overcoming illness, injury and surgeries.
"We can age with grace at all ages," says Kim. "Knowing your strengths and weaknesses allows you to form a support team. Wellness is a commitment. From eating an apple every day to getting in your steps, massage too, plays a role in your quality of life."
Muscle Management sessions may include Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization also known as Gua Sha (pronounced gwah shah), special balms and oils.
Relaxation Massage is important in our busy fast-paced and demanding lives. Be sure to check-out some of the Specialized Massage sessions for the ultimate stress-relief.
Kim is also contracted with Lake Superior Health and Hospice for massaging at end-of-life where patients may need soothing calm reassurance and added pain relief.
