WE REQUIRE 24 HOUR NOTICE OF ANY CHANCES MADE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time or appointments that are no showed,  will have a Same Day Cancellation/No Show fee that will need to be paid in order to rebook with us, this fee will be up to 100% of the service cost. We understand some things are outside of your control (i.e. illness/emergencies) so fees will be collected on a case by case basis, but please try to communicate with us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment! 
 

All prepaid services (memberships, gift certificates, and prepaid appointments) are NONREFUNDABLE. If you need to reschedule a prepaid appointment, as long as it follows our Reschedule/Cancellation policy, it will be transferred to your new appointment date/time. If a prepaid appointment is No Showed, the prepayment may be forfeited as payment for the Same Day Cancellation/No Show Fee.
