Brook specializes in therapeutic deep tissue massage and myofascial release. She brings a calm and nurturing energy to all of her patients. Despite her young age, she has an extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology from a rehabilitative perspective supported by her experience helping many people deal with complications of: sciatica, fibromyalgia, arthritis, neck and shoulder pain, low back and hip pain, migraines, and bulging discs just to name a few. Brook believes that when applied with intention and understanding, bodywork is an extremely valuable tool for recovery and prevention.
