To book, use your address (or any local address) for the location and to see available times. Book a time that works for you and I'll contact you to figure out if we'll make it a in office visit (office in the area of 32nd/Breton) or a house call visit.
Since I'm a student I can't charge for services but if we do in office there's a $30 fee for the office space rental and I'm accepting gas stipends for house call visits.
