Important Information please read! Ebony Tree Medical Massage Now Has 2 Amazing Locations! This booking site is specifically for our home at **11539 E Lakewood Blvd, Suite 110, inside Beauty Renew**. 

We also have a second location inside **Rooted Family Chiropractic** at **100 S Waverly Rd, Unit 101**. **Please note, I am there on **TUESDAYS ONLY**.

Cancellation Policy At Ebony Tree Medical Massage, 

we understand that life can be unpredictable and schedules can change. To ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: **Booking Requirements:** - A $20 deposit minimum and a card on file are required to secure your appointment.

**Cancellation Notice:** 

- We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client. **Late Cancellations:** - If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice but more than 24 hours before your appointment the first time, you can reschedule your appointment within 3 weeks. No refunds for deposits or prepaid appointments, but you may reschedule! The second time you cancel after 48 hours but before 24 hours your card will be charged half the service amount. 

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, your card on file will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

**No-Show Policy:** - If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your card on file will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. 

 **Emergency Situations:** - We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have an emergency situation, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us to ensure that our therapists' time is respected and that we can continue to provide high-quality service to all our clients.
