Desiree' has a great passion for her clients as well as her gift of Nureomuscular Therapy. Desiree's inspiration is woman's Health and in the connections between mind and body. Her approach is gentle and compassionate, and she seeks to create a sense of nurturing calm during sessions, incorporating varying techniques and pressure--from very light to deep and specific, myofascial release, gentle stretching, and breathing. She works with clients to understand and address issues of chronic tension in the body, encouraging client empowerment and self-care between sessions. She is active with continuing education classes as well and self educating and enjoys learning all the latest techniques and advancements.
