A
massage Therapist since 1997, Natalie has spent most of the last decade
teaching massage therapy at Everest Institute. Now re-opening her
private practice, she is looking forward to getting back to hands on
work. "My style is pretty eclectic," she says. "I like to
tailor each session to the client's needs, to where they are in their
life. I partner with them to help them get back to a state of wellness, of pain free functioning, whatever level that may be."
In order to do this, Natalie uses a mix of therapies, ranging from deep
tissue to relaxation, and including myofascial and trigger point
releases as required. Strategies for improved wellness are designed with
client collaboration, and suggestions for home work are given to
encourage faster return to, or better maintenance of wellness. Hot stone and energy work sessions are also available. Please check out the services page for more details.
Go on, be a good friend and share MassageBook with them. They'll love you for it.
