I am an ascension coach. I am here to support you on your journey.  Working with you in your health, relationships, and business, bringing wellness to every area of your life.  As a massage therapist I assist and teach how to move energy through the body, specializing in structural realignment, injury recovery, TMJ and trauma release. We will work to release locks in the body, strengthen and reprogram old patterns.  Offering nutritional coaching, guiding you through cleanses, and supporting you in creating the lifestyle that fits you. I am a theta practitioner, this is where we work in your belief systems. Through the theta state we can reprogram the subconscious belief patterns, thought forms, and feelings that may be holding you back.  Creating big shifts in your life.

I have been working as a licensed massage therapy, and alternative specialist for 11 years now.  I am well versed in candida and parasitic cleanses, trained in Reiki, Schiem, Star Magic, Sound Therapy, Breathwork, Yoga, Trauma Release, Somatic, Life Coaching, Subconscious Reprogramming, studied functional patterns, postural restoration and much much more.
