I am a graduate of Irene's Myomassology Institute in Southfield, MI and am elated to be able to offer my gift to help others achieve their goals towards reaching their best quality of life possible. I specialize and am licensed in Massage Therapy paired with a Certificate in Person Training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Modalities that I am skilled and have received continued education in, include Trigger Point Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy from the Upledger Institute, Sports Injury Rehabilitation, Dynamic Stretching, Cupping, and Kinesiology Taping.
