Trained in various modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal, Myofascial, Cranial Sacral and more, I combine intuition, skill, and a nurturing touch to create a healing experience that goes beyond physical.

Cupping- Cupping uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues. This improves circulation and blood flow, which releases inflammation and adhesions in the facia and muscles. Cupping is a popular modality among athletes and body builders as is aides in healing and stretching muscle tissue. Cupping is available as an add on to a massage session, or as stand alone treatments.
Red Light Therapy- Red Light Therapy is an FDA approved therapy of utilizing red and near-infrared light wavelengths to assist with the treatment of health conditions and promote general well-being. In red light therapy we absorb the energy of the red light photons to enhance our cellular potential, promote oxygen utilization within the cell and generate cellular fuel. Improving the performance of mitochondria in the body improves the body's overall performance and health.
Holistic Health Coaching- Holistic coaching is an approach to personal development and wellness that considers the whole person- body, mind and spirit. As a Certified Health Coach and Holistic Nutritionist, I work with clients to identify goals and potential obstacles in various areas of their life, creating a balanced plan for improvement. This might include strategies for stress management, nutrition, fostering better relationships, and developing a more positive mindset.
