Welcome to Rejuvenate Massage & Wellness, LLC. Rayleen, the owner, has been offering various massage techniques since August 2003. An increasing number of research studies show massage reduces heart rate, lowers blood pressure, increases blood circulation and lymph flow, relaxes muscles, improves range of motion, and increases endorphins. Although massage does not increase muscle strength, it can stimulate weak, inactive muscles and, thus, partially compensate for lack of exercise and inactivity resulting from illness or injury. It can also hasten recovery from exercise or injury.
Rayleen has the knowledge, skill, and experience to assist with your goals of feeling better, whether that’s pain relief, relaxation, increased energy. She creates each session with a professional touch to meet each individual's specific need.
Having a degree as a Registered Nurse allows her to have extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology of the human body. Proudly, she has been trained and attended Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy (a school that has been accredited through COMPTA), she is also State Licensed, and has professional memberships.
Rayleen continues to learn new modalities that allow the body to restore itself. This is not only as a requirement to keep both her nursing and massage licensure up to date, but is also a passion for her.
