Each session is customized to you and your areas of concern as I target the specific muscles that are causing your pain and discomfort.  I am trained to give you and your body lasting results by incorporating gentle stretching throughout the massage and assigning wellness exercises as needed to keep muscles loose and relaxed. Each session is driven by you and what your goals are for the massage session.
