Kristen has been helping people with massage since she graduated from Fuller Circles Massage Therapy School in 2001. Since then she has become nationally certified, certified   with Cranio Sacral Therapy, certificates for Aromatherapy, and Deep Tissue with Myofascial release and Reflexology.     Over the last 20 years   she’s worked in a variety of experiences such as professional Motor Cross, National Power Lifters, and Chiropractor offices, sports teams, onsite corporate and artist venue massages. Living in New Zealand she ran a corporate massage business and trained with Shamans in Peru and all over the world.   This adds to the deep toolbox to customize your massages. Offer ideas and tips on how to manage your days to live an optimized wellness life.   Kristen keeps busy with her Photography business, Virtual Assistant and her daughter Sage. Being active in the community with Chamber of Commerce, BNI, AMTA Public Relations Chair and volunteer with Red Cross, Hole in the Wall Gang camp for kids are really important to give back to the community.
