I currently hold degrees in Exercise Science and Physical Therapy Assistant. I graduated from Massage school in 2019, I also became a certified Massage Instructor and earned the opportunity to teach future graduates of Spa Tech Institute. I worked at StretchLab in Scarborough to improve my skills working with the human body in many different ways. I am committed to utilizing my education, skills and talents in my massage practice to bring preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative therapy to athletes and all individuals seeking wellness and self-care.
