I studied at Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, Maine. I have been a Certified Polarity Practitioner for 10 years and a licensed massage therapist for 9 years. I love everything about my chosen profession, the people I meet, and the services I provide.  I continue to learn new techniques and skills to help benefit my client and grow as a therapist. Every person is unique, all my sessions are customized to accommodate them.

There are many benefits to receiving a session in your home or office. Not only does it save you time and money, but it also increases your ability to relax because you’re in a familiar setting. It also is helpful to those who have difficulty getting to places for services because of health reasons.

Types of Massage Offered: I have skills in a variety of massage techniques. Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Pregnancy, Foot Reflexology, Cranial Release and Polarity (Great for emotional release and support), Active/Passive stretching, and many other skills.

How it works

The Room:  You chose the location and setting of your session. The room isn’t required to be huge, but it does need to be clean and smoke-free. I have set up in all types of areas. Things beneficial to your sessions are considered an area that you will not have people walking through or interrupting during your time of relaxation, outlets available, and comfortable lighting. I have no issues with moving furniture to accommodate the table for your session and will return the room to its original setting.

Timing: I will arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled appointment to set up.  The intake form can be completed online before my arrival to save time. After the massage allow 10-15 minutes for breakdown, payment, and scheduling for your next appointment.

Supplies: I will bring everything needed for your session massage table, sheets, blanket, bolster, music, oils, foot cream, and hot stones (when ordered in advance). Everything to give you a professional massage experience.

*I use an all-organic coconut oil and a peppermint/lemon foot cream please let me know if you have any allergies or if you prefer to use your lotions or oils.

*You will be asked to supply your pillows if you need to be propped up or need side-lying work.
