Amy is a 2021 graduate of Anne Arundel Community College where she obtained her Associate of Applied Science in Massage Therapy. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist in Maryland, and has been trained in Sports Massage, IASTM, Cupping, SportStretch, PNF stretching, Swedish, Pregnancy, and Chair Massage. She has worked with everyone from the weekend warrior to collegiate lacrosse and swim teams, to professional football players and Team USA Women's Lacrosse during their 2022 World Championship games.

Amy has been climbing for over 21 years, gone down more than 9 canyons in and around Zion national park, went caving in the Ozarks, and really enjoyed skydiving. She’s completed the Dopey Challenge at Disney, has done a sprint triathlon, and once worked as a pyrotechnician. She has visited 46 States and 22 European countries and spends her free time going on all kinds of adventures with her family.
