Offering a wide variety of services, tools, and techniques by a licensed and certified massage therapist with 10 years of experience. All sessions are customized using both body and energy work. The goal is to provide quality care targeting root causes, not just the symptoms of pains and misalignments! 

What do we offer?

•  Swedish, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral, advanced stretches, hot stones, aromatherapy, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point release, reflexology, redlight therapy, candle massage, sugar scrubs, body exfoliations/wraps, and more. Sound bath healing coming soon!
• Skin safe coconut wax and essential oils are used to make our massage candle in the studio! Customized candles available upon request!
• Medical massages are covered by insurance. FSA/HSA cards may be used online to book services and keep on file for memberships. Receipts include LMT number along with NPI number needed by insurance to cover services or reimbursement.
