The story behind Ivy Leigh Wellness. 

• To begin, I was a full-time caregiver for a parent with Alzheimers and I was under a ton of stress. The stress presented itself as migraine pain. I needed relief for the pain and started receiving weekly massage treatments to combat the stress and migraine pain. I was blown away by the immediate relief I felt from massage. I made a promise to myself that I had to learn how to do this. When my father passed away, I enrolled in massage school full time at the Holistic Massage Training Institute in Baltimore, Maryland. I had a calling to help people feel better. I had always been interested in a healthy lifestyle and becoming a healer came naturally to me. 

Why is it called Ivy Leigh Wellness?

Ivy is my daughters middle name and Leigh is my son's middle name. Ivy Leigh sounded like it was meant to go together like peanut butter and jelly.

For travel massage services

• Travel massage for clients in Reisterstown, Owings Mills, Pikesville, Randallstown, and within a short commute who are unable to come in for a variety of medical and physical reasons including recovering from injuries, surgery, and illness.

• I provide massage for events such as retreats, spa parties, and corporate events. (Chair Massage or Table massage)
