Love skin care, body treatments, sugaring, massage, and being pampered and cared for, have neck, back, and shoulder discomfort from work, travel, sport, or bad posture

May have pain and discomfort due to arthritis, fibromyalgia, Lupus, MS, or a host of other pain syndromes.

May have minor to moderate skin conditions, such as acne, dryness, oiliness on the face or body, and want to restore natural balance and heal their skin with natural and effective methods

 **Sugaring is a specialized art and is performed using the hand (or flick) method and is priced based on the time and product allotted to complete various areas. This organic and ancient method is gentler on the skin, and is a clean and healthy way to soft, silky skin. Sugar paste is made of just sugar, lemon juice, and water. It’s cooked to a taffy consistency and is used throughout the hair removal service.

Arrival to your session:

Please complete your intake form online. Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your session’s start time. This allows for an unhurried experience, and we can get started promptly at your start time. Brief consultations under 15 minutes are included with your booked service.

Please arrive showered and scent-free for your treatment. Though some of our body treatments include cleansing the skin, they are not designed to substitute regular hygiene practices.  

Cancellation Policy:

First time clients are required to pay for their service in full upon booking online. You will receive emailed confirmation of your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please reschedule or cancel no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment. 

Late cancellations & no shows may be subject to fee equal to the total cost of the scheduled service and prepaid tip. No call/No show to your appointment may result in being banned from receiving services at Soft Day Spa. 

All determinations are made at the discretion of management and/or practitioner of service.
