In 2011 after much prompting from my yoga students I entered massage school and fell in love with the art of massage therapy. The body is a truly amazing thing created in such a way that if you are willing to listen to what it is telling you, then and only then, will it be able to function at its best. All of our aches and pains are just the bodies way of telling us it needs attention.
