Haute Healin’ Handz was founded on the principles of filling the void of non-traditional forms of holistic wellness through therapeutic touch, skin health, body treatments, and hair removal in the African American community. We have to travel outside the community to receive various means of healing of the mind, body, and soul. Haute Healin' Handz is the place to add something in this space.

Approved Forms of Payment

As of January 1, 2025 Haute Healin Handz accepts electronic payment of Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, HSA & FSA. You can tip in the form of Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp. You may use CashApp on Square processor in store but it requires the business QR code for the transaction. Funds electronically transferred outside of our payment terminal will not be accepted for goods or services except through invoices.

Haute Healin Handz utilizes Square for processing payment.Square works with any US- issued and internationally-issued bearing VISA,MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc.

By Appointment Only

All appointments at Haute Healin Handz are by appointment only. For your convenience online scheduling has been included on the website.

Full Payment is required to reserve an appointment.  Haute Healin' Handz has a 48-24 cancellation policy. After 48-24 hour cancellation $60 will be charged to your account. Same policy applies when client schedule same day for No Call/No Show you will be charged.

Cancellation/No Show

Haute Healin' Handz allows you to cancel service appointments up to 48-24 hours before the start time.

By booking and completing your online intake forms, you authorize this business to charge your credit card and no-show/late cancellation fee. The first No-Show/ Late Cancellation fee is $60 of scheduled service. Second No-Show/ Late Cancellation fee is $60 of the scheduled service should you miss your visit without proper notification.

When cancellation/no shoe fee is is not paid. The client will be banned from booking future appointments until the debt has been settled.

*** If you no show or cancel last minute twice in a row, you will be required to pay cancellation fee via electronic invoicing prior to the appointment request being accepted. ***

Cancellation Policy

The time you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are missed, or cancelled with insufficient notice, we are unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with Haute Healin Handz, we request 48-24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48-24hours notice will result in charge of $60 first offence and $60 second offence.

Tardiness

Please arrive 15-10 minutes early to fill out paperwork and get acquainted with the space. If running late you will receive remainder of the time of session.

Refunds & Packages

All service sales, retail items, and gift cards sales are FINAL SALE.

 All of our packages, auto-pays, gift cards, Groupons are not transferable to other clients, and cannot be combined with other discounted offers. Also, we do not offer cash refunds for our packages,auto-pays, or gift cards, however will be honor equal exchange (credit) for other services.

Under 18 Year’s Old

Under 18 year’s Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to be able to get any service done.

Parent or Legal Guardian are the only ones that can sign the consent paperwork and give consent to get any service done.

Parent or legal guardian must stay in the room while the minor is getting their services done.

Groupon/ Class Pass Policies

Please Read the Cancellation policies before booking services.

Payments are non-refundable the client is allotted ONE reschedule. After the second reschedule you will pay $60 cancellation fee.

Must pay $60 expiration fee for Groupon.

If you cannot find availability before your Groupon expires,please contact Groupon for refund.

When purchasing a Pre-Natal Groupon do not wait until the last few weeks of pregnancy to book appointment.

If you already purchased before you are not a first time Groupon it will not be accepted (You will have to pay full price) Ask about memberships or packages.

For Couple Treatments full name, email address, & phone number for both parties because an Health intake form has to be filled out.
