Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. To ensure we can best serve all clients, we have the following cancellation policies:

In- Office Appointments

1. 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur no charge.
2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If a cancellation is made outside 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, or if you do not attend your appointment, the full service fee will be charged. Payment for missed appointments does not apply as credit toward future appointments.

Mobile Appointments

1. 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur no charge.
2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If a cancellation is made outside 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, 50% of the service fee will be charged.
