I found that working with my hands and my heart made a difference in the world. Have you had that moment when you’ve said, “This!, This is what I want to do!”? I’m finding this in the field of bodywork and healing. I’m not your crawl under the covers and rubbie dub dub type of massage therapist. I want to listen to the place where your psyche, your security system, and your nervous system unconsciously join together and form a knot. A knot that affects our entire lives, not just our muscles. Those places, when acknowledged and encouraged to release, allow changes in our lives. When we change ourselves, we make ripples that change our world.
