Kristyn Williams is a compassionate healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience in nursing and wellness. With a deep commitment to supporting both the physical and emotional well-being of her clients, Kristyn spent 15 years working in Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU), specializing in the care of newborns with complex conditions such as Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) and those dependent on oxygen or tube feeding. She has a unique skill set in providing tailored care to vulnerable infants and their families.
In addition to her clinical background, Kristyn has 4 years of experience in pediatric and adult home health administration, where she coordinated skilled nursing visits, implemented RSV prevention strategies, and worked with Medicaid to secure necessary insurance authorizations. Her diverse expertise also extends into holistic wellness, where she has honed her skills as a Licensed Massage Therapist for 4 years, specializing in cupping therapy and Reiki to promote relaxation, recovery, and balance.
Drawing from her personal experience with 12-step recovery programs, Kristyn is deeply aware of the powerful healing process that comes from self-care, support, and connection. Having lost a son and a nephew to accidental overdose due to the devastating effects of the drug war, she is passionate about advocating for alternative, compassionate approaches to wellness and recovery.
Currently, Kristyn is working towards certification as an Infant Massage Instructor through Infant Massage USA, combining her passion for nurturing care with her desire to support parents in bonding with and soothing their infants. She believes that every individual has the potential to heal, grow, and thrive, and she is dedicated to guiding her clients through a holistic journey toward wellness.
With a strong foundation in both medical care and alternative therapies, Kristyn offers a compassionate, personalized approach to wellness that recognizes the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
