Welcome to Abundant Life Massage. I’m so glad you chose me for your massage therapy needs. My name is Cheryl and I’m the owner of Abundant Life Massage and I’m also a Licensed Massage Therapist. I earned an Associate’s of Applied Science degree from Allegany College of Maryland in 2023 and I’m licensed in the state of Maryland. I am trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Medical Massage, Manual Lymph Drainage and Hot Stone Massage. My journey in Massage Therapy began in 2020 when I entered the Massage Therapy program at ACM. God called me to this journey of helping to facilitate healing, wholeness, well-being and total body balance in my clients. My priority is to meet your goals and to help relieve pain and anxiety. I will listen attentively to you as communication is the key to understanding and ensuring a successful message. I will be fully present in every moment of your session. I understand that some sessions require light pressure and gentle soothing touch, and others require the transformative work of deep pressure. Either way, I will be mindful of your needs as I work with you. I encourage you to express your wants and needs so together we can create an individualized plan tailored to fit you. I understand that every person’s body is unique and so is every massage experience. I intend to take you on a journey of relaxation and rejuvenation in a serene and peaceful environment. I am a Christian by faith and when you are here you will have the option of relaxation music from a wooden flute, soothing sounds or Christian music during your massage. Join me on a journey where the art of massage and the awareness of self-discovery lead to transformation and well-being. Outside of the massage room, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love to go to church, pray, laugh, dance, sing, and go to thrift shops and yard sales. I love to travel and see new places . I’m on a journey of acquiring new houseplants to add to an already thriving assortment. I also like to volunteer at food banks and animal shelters.
