IDEAL MASSAGE located in California, Maryland is owned and operated by Paula Roberts, a Licensed Massage Therapist that graduated from the Medical Arts School of Massage Therapy in Raleigh, NC in 2005. The school was founded by a doctor of Physical Therapy whose primary goal was to teach and enable the graduates to aid patients in recovery from injuries, illnesses and surgeries. Paula's intense training in Anatomy and Physiology and her exposure to different massage modalities has allowed her to develop her own comprehensive massage, enabling her to assess the muscles involved in each clients individual needs. Each massage session includes the use of manual massage manipulation, percussive massage therapy(Theragun), heat therapy, hot stone therapy and aromatherapy to thoroughly treat whatever condition/issue a patient may have.
