Thank you for visiting my page. 

My practice is a safe place for my clients to let go, relax, heal, laugh, cry, learn about themselves, love themselves and grow.  I follow energy and that is different for each client.  I am part of your village and you are a part of mine.  

I cannot stress enough the benefits of Massage, for the mind, the body and the spirit.  It is a perfect way to connect all aspects of our being.  For some  clients, massage is an escape to relax, for others a therapeutic approach is required.  It can be a luxury for some and a necessity to others.  I am happy to help in either scenario!  My clients include: sports enthusiasts, moms, dads, grandparents, teachers, doctors, housekeepers, firemen, police officers, nurses, restaurant servers, bakers, cooks, and candlestick makers!   

Here is my story:

My deep healing journey began May 1, 2016.  I hit rock bottom and got sober.  During my recovery journey I struggled with depression, anxiety and agoraphobia. At the suggestion of of my therapist I started EFT or Tapping which then led me to Reiki which then led me to Bancroft School of Massage Therapy.  My experiences with both practices grounded me, lifted me up and guided me to learn Reiki myself and become a Licensed Massage Therapist so I might be able to help others.    

This year (2023) I made the list of Top 3 Finalists in the Best of Central MA 2023 Contest! 

Masks are optional.   I am Covid vaccinated and boosted.  Please let me know if you would like me to wear a mask, I am happy to do so.

I graduated from the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy and currently on staff there as Clinic Director and Course Instructor.
