Free parking is available in the rear of the studio.
Additional free parking is available at St. Bernadette's church across from 1048 Bar & Grill
All Clients, please read policies below:
Late Policy: If you anticipate late arrival, please contact the studio as soon possible via text or phone call (in the event of no answer, please leave a voice message including time of call).
- A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. Late arrival will reduce your session time by the number of minutes tardy. The session cost will not be prorated.
- Arrival after 15 minutes is considered a cancellation (penalty may apply).
If you choose to cancel your appointment, please see cancellation policy below:
Cancellations: Can be done via your online account (under Upcoming Appointments menu) 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- Same day and No call No show cancellation will forfeit your full deposit made.
Canceling your appointment less than 24 hours before its scheduled to take place will forfeit 20% deposit made.
- To avoid a cancellation penalty, you must cancel via text message or phone call more than 24 hours before the time of your scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling: Can be done via your online account (under Upcoming Appointments menu) 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
